Refund policy

We require notification of any faults/damage/returns within 14 days of receipt of the order.                                                                             

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately and email photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.

Our email address is info@boreasdb.co.uk We will offer a replacement or refund and cover delivery costs if goods are damaged or faulty upon your receipt of the order.

If you change your mind and wish to return goods, please notify us of their return together with the reason for return within 14 days of receipt. You have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please return them to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging. We will offer a refund for the cost of the goods only, once they have been checked upon receipt at our warehouse. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Any orders returned to us after 28 days without giving us prior notice of their return within 14 days of their receipt will not be guaranteed a refund and may be offered a voucher for the value of the items instead. Delivery costs will not be included.

Please ensure items are wrapped securely to avoid damage in the post. We cannot offer a refund if goods are returned to us damaged. The return delivery cost will be paid by the customer.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for bespoke prints which are produced with customer's size & colour choices unless they arrive damaged.
